Established in 2023, Catalyst Experiences was founded with a vision to become one of Qatar’s premier event management and marketing organisations. Our team of passionate experts brings decades of combined experience in events, marketing, entertainment, and digital media.

Today, Catalyst Experiences proudly serves as Qatar’s first all-inclusive, specialised solution provider for the cinema, events, sports, gaming, and entertainment sectors.

Rashid Al Mohanadi
Managing Director
Rashid is the Managing Director and founding partner of Catalyst Experiences. He brings a wealth of leadership experience from Qatar’s public sector and a deep understanding of national development frameworks. With a strong commitment to building meaningful bridges between public initiatives and private innovation, Rashid plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Catalyst Experiences.

His work focuses on aligning creative, cultural, and commercial outcomes with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030. Rashid holds a First-Class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey, a Master’s in Defense and Security Studies from Joaan Bin Jassim Defense College, and a Master’s in Critical Security Studies from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies.

Nidal Ali Al Halabi
Head of Events Management
Nidal Ali Al Halabi is a seasoned events and marketing executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across the Gulf region and Europe. With more than 25 years based in the Gulf and 7 years in Europe, Nidal has built an exceptional career in events management, exhibitions, corporate marketing, and media promotion.

Throughout his distinguished career, Nidal has led and executed a wide range of high-profile projects, including international exhibitions, festivals, concerts, conferences, and large-scale entertainment shows. His portfolio includes collaborations with globally renowned brands such as Marvel Universe Live, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Walt Disney on Ice, and Cirque du Soleil, alongside organizing major local and international events such as the Qatar Charity Bazaar, Arabia Expo in Moscow, and Sesame Street Live performances.

At Catalyst Experiences, Nidal spearheads the company’s events strategy, marketing communications, public relations, branding, and corporate identity initiatives. His approach blends international expertise with a deep understanding of local markets, helping clients deliver memorable, high-impact experiences that align with Qatar’s Vision 2030.

With a strong network of regional and international partners, Nidal continues to shape Catalyst Experiences as a trusted leader in the marketing, events, and entertainment industries.

Abdul Majeed Khan
Head of Brand & Media Communications
An accomplished Business Administration expert possessing an MBA degree and specialized in Marketing Management. Demonstrated expertise in the fields of Airline & Tourism Marketing, 360 degree Media Communications, Brand Operations (including Airport and Lounges, Tourism and Travel Events), Loyalty Program Management, Global Marketing Strategy Development (comprising research, planning, budgeting, and execution), Media Marketing, Publishing Products, as well as Client Servicing. Additionally, I have experience in Event Management & Public Relations, Business Development,Administration, Staff Mentoring, KPI assessment, Procurement, and Audit support functions.
